Up and out early looking for the Chevy garage for an oil change and check up.... quite frustrating. As I alluded earlier we won't get lost with all our GPS and maps but we got very confused making our way around . Then the afternoon was business with our caravan staff. The tail gunners(we have 2) came around to go over our rig... checked our equipment, our fire extinguishers, generator, asked all sorts of questions about maintenance of the truck.... very thorough. And then pasted our 8X8 Adventure Caravan stickers and number 13's fore and aft.
Then the tail gunner wives showed up and went over the schedule of meetings for Monday and Tuesday, went over all the paperwork with us...health forms, dietary preferences, gave us our log books, maps, name tags, and jackets. They were very chatty and we learned alot about them. Then 6 of us were taken to the border to get our vehicles registered and visas for Mexico. They finally finish with us about 8 pm. We were hungry and exhausted! So glad that's done with....we are free to do as we desire until Monday.
